An off season program exploring a variety of strength training techniques designed to get the strongest and most efficient actions out of a baseball player.
KNIGHTS Additional Winter Strength and Conditioning
Throughout the program we will work on rotational strength, hip strength, and core to provide athletes with functionality to be more efficient players. Players will also work on base running speed and change of direction as how it relates to baseball.
